The Instructional Designer at TaskUs develops and executes training solutions, creates content, collaborates with SMEs, designs assessments, and ensures delivery aligns with adult learning principles.

As a Sr. Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with SMEs to analyze needs, design training content, and ensure quality assurance for diverse audiences.

Support HR operations including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, compliance with local law, HR reporting, special projects, survey administration, payroll assistance, and policy updates to maintain a positive workplace.

Investigate high-severity cyber abuse involving malware, ransomware, exploitation, exfiltration, and offensive operations. Analyze telemetry and threat intelligence to profile actors, identify campaigns, assess dual-use intent, and produce defensible enforcement recommendations. Review and mentor junior investigators, lead calibration sessions, hunt for emerging threats using SQL and Python, and escalate critical incidents. The role includes occasional on-call coverage and exposure to malicious prompts, scripts, and payloads.

Conducts triage and analysis of flagged cyber telemetry, evaluates dual-use security activity, and identifies malicious intent across ransomware, exploits, exfiltration, and intrusion operations. Applies labels to improve AI safety classifiers, maps activity to MITRE ATT&CK, performs OSINT enrichment, documents investigations, and escalates high-severity threats. The role requires concise analytical writing, sound judgment, and possible rotational shift coverage.

Leads a cyber investigations pod as the senior technical authority, handling complex attribution, high-severity escalations, investigative standards, campaign analysis, case labeling, team calibration, executive briefings, and external threat intelligence relationships. The role requires deep cyber threat intelligence, digital forensics, incident response, offensive security, OSINT, adversary tradecraft, and technical leadership experience.

Lead and grow a five-person go-to-market team focused on AI safety services, driving revenue growth and developing strategic customer relationships.
