Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies and journeys to recruit providers, drive patient signups and sessions, and activate partners. Own campaign setup, testing, analytics, and reporting. Build and QA dynamic email/SMS templates with templating logic and HTML/CSS. Partner with Product and Engineering to define event tracking, APIs, and webhook integrations. Manage marketing automation platform configuration (Iterable/HubSpot) and scale MarTech while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Lead design of patient-facing experiences across onboarding, matching, booking, billing, and telehealth. Build scalable design systems, run user research and usability tests, integrate AI for personalization, and partner with engineering and product to ship polished, accessible consumer products.

Identify and prioritize target employer accounts, run targeted outbound and multi-channel sequences, qualify prospects to PANT, book discovery meetings for Account Executives, own handoffs, and continually refine targeting using AI and research tools.
