Supports Oracle Fusion and PJM manufacturing systems through configuration, troubleshooting, testing, quarterly releases, user access, integrations, and workflow resolution. Gathers business requirements, designs process improvements, creates use cases and test scenarios, facilitates defect tracking, trains business users, and serves as a liaison between business units and IT. The role also manages plant assessments and provides Level 1 and 2 support. Travel within the United States may reach 25%.

Leads and develops an application development team while contributing hands-on to software design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and modernization. Oversees SDLC delivery, production support, incident/problem/change management, application reliability, security, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement. Partners with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications, improve operational performance, and develop team capabilities.
