Manage assigned client caseload and branch census by overseeing staffing, recruiting, scheduling, and on-call coverage. Coordinate with nursing, case managers, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care, census stability, payroll accuracy, referrals, insurance authorization, compliance, and positive family and staff relationships to support branch financial and operational goals.
