Own a portfolio of Division I athletic department accounts, driving retention, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Build strategic relationships with stakeholders and senior administrators, lead business reviews, identify usage gaps, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Product Success and Sales. The role requires deep Division I athletics experience and hands-on expertise with Teamworks Operations products, including Hub, Compliance, and Recruiting.

Develop statistical and machine learning models using soccer tracking and event data to support player recruitment decisions. Build spatio-temporal models, metrics, analyses, and interpretation tools; validate models; communicate findings to professional club clients; and partner with engineering on cloud deployment and production reliability. The role also includes code review, model maintenance, and advancing analytical methods.

Own backend performance and scalability improvements for a mature Java-based Athlete Management System. Diagnose bottlenecks across APIs, databases, calculations, and background jobs; improve data access, asynchronous processing, observability, containerization, and reliability. Develop technical plans, drive changes through production, collaborate with the Data Platform team, review architecture, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call support.
