Provides technical and commercial support for industrial motor sales by reviewing customer requirements, selecting and pricing equipment, preparing quotations, supporting negotiations, and coordinating orders with Field Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and customers. Designs induction motors using engineering software, develops costing, prepares technical documentation, resolves customer questions, and supports product presentations. Occasional overnight travel may be required, with a potential pathway toward Sales Representative responsibilities.

Performs skilled electrical and mechanical manufacturing operations across winding, machining, assembly, repair, testing, painting, and shipping. Operates specialized manufacturing, testing, and material-handling equipment; conducts electrical tests, dimensional inspections, and quality checks; documents results and maintains specifications. Trains junior team members in winding and manufacturing techniques, supports complex crane lifts, follows ISO 9001 and safety procedures, and works flexible shifts and overtime with minimal direction.

Work with customers and Field Sales to recommend motor solutions, prepare technical and commercial quotations, support order processing, design induction motors with engineering, produce technical documentation, coordinate pricing and delivery, assist in proposals and presentations, provide product support, and contribute to sales reporting and continuous improvement while supporting ISO 9001 standards.
