Lead and scale customer experience programs across Tecovas stores, translating strategy into store standards, tools, metrics, and training. Drive Service Experience, Hospitality, Clienteling, and Customer Survey programs, partner cross-functionally, analyze feedback, coach field teams, and improve operational consistency to enhance customer and employee experiences.

Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor: greet customers, sell products, perform product services (branding, stretching, shines), restock and organize inventory, assist with shipments, maintain stockroom and store facilities, participate in loss prevention and staff training.

Support the women’s footwear design team by converting trend research into commercial concepts, creating detailed sketches/CADs and tech packs, coordinating with product development, managing prototypes and digital assets, participating in fittings, and attending international tradeshows as needed.

Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and sales support: greet customers, sell products, operate cash wrap, perform product services (branding, stretching, shaping, shines), receive and restock shipments, maintain stockroom organization, assist with inventory and loss prevention, participate in staff training, and help with basic building maintenance. Part-time role requiring weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
