Manage the customer experience team’s systems, permissions, workflows, knowledge base, AI agents, automations, and data quality. Test and monitor system changes, AI responses, and integrations; document updates; track process improvement initiatives; coordinate requests across departments; manage vendor support tickets; and prepare performance reports. The role requires hands-on business-tool administration, strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, organized communication, and familiarity with AI tools and no-code automation.

Leads a large customer experience organization, managing service delivery, escalations, staffing, budgets, payroll, compliance, and frontline career development. Builds VIP and revenue-driving service programs, improves exchanges and repeat purchases, oversees peak-season readiness, and partners with Ecommerce, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and People teams. Accountable for customer service performance, labor costs, organization design, commercial outcomes, and executive-level customer experience strategy.

Develop and art direct integrated brand campaigns across social, email, paid media, retail, digital, print, and experiential channels. Create concepts, visual systems, presentations, mood boards, and storyboards; direct photography and motion production; collaborate with copywriters, designers, producers, and marketing teams; present work to stakeholders; manage timelines; and protect and evolve Tecovas’ visual identity through compelling product storytelling.

Supports men's footwear product design from seasonal research and concepts through prototypes and final execution. Creates illustrations, CADs, technical drawings, and tech packs using Adobe software; develops footwear components, maintains digital assets, organizes samples, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on pricing, timelines, and brand goals. Participates in prototype reviews, updates designs based on feedback, manages multiple deadlines, and travels internationally for tradeshows and events as needed.

Lead design and commercialization of Tecovas men's footwear, driving seasonal direction, concept-to-production development, materials and construction decisions, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and supplier/factory partnerships to deliver cohesive, commercially successful collections.
