Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor: greet and sell to customers, perform product services (branding, debossing, stretching, shines), handle cash wrap, receive and restock shipments, maintain organized stockroom, assist with loss prevention and building maintenance, and share product knowledge with the team.

Support the women’s footwear design team by converting trend research into commercial concepts, creating detailed sketches/CADs and tech packs, coordinating with product development, managing prototypes and digital assets, participating in fittings, and attending international tradeshows as needed.

Lead transformation of integrated planning connecting demand, supply capacity, financial guardrails, and retail allocation. Own end-to-end planning, retail allocation, inventory deployment, S&OP/IBP governance, KPIs, and change management while implementing planning technology and improving inventory turns across multi-channel retail.
