Owns benefits and compensation programs, including renewals, cost modeling, pay equity, executive compensation, compliance, and employee communications. Manages HRIS configuration, people data, reporting, performance review workflows, multi-state policies, Mexico HR compliance, and HR technology implementations. Partners with Finance, Legal, leadership, brokers, vendors, and consultants to strengthen scalable people operations and compensation governance for a growing workforce.

Own wholesale sales operations by managing B2B platforms, catalogs, pricing, product data, seasonal line setup, sales materials, audits, and cross-functional projects. The role supports ElasticSuite, improves data integrity, automates manual workflows with AI, coordinates system and process implementations, and trains stakeholders. It requires strong organization, project management, data fluency, and proficiency with Excel; NetSuite, NuOrder, and ElasticSuite experience is advantageous. The position is based in Austin, Texas.

Leads technical project planning, delivery, prioritization, and timeline management across the technology organization. Manages Front End Engineering sprint cadence, facilitates Agile ceremonies, translates Digital team priorities into sprint-ready work, documents requirements and test plans, coordinates releases, tracks risks, and communicates status to stakeholders. Partners with engineering teams on estimates and prioritization while resolving conflicts and escalating issues appropriately.
