The Principal Consultant leads complex projects, mentors engineers, ensures design quality, and enhances TEECOM's standards and systems through technical leadership and documentation improvements.

Provide operational project support to maintain tracking, documentation, coordination, and reporting. Ensure accurate project setup/closeout, update Asana and GitHub, track scope/schedule/milestones, capture meeting notes and action items, support billing readiness and client documentation, assist Team Leads with visibility into risks and capacity, participate in audits, and contribute process improvements to strengthen team delivery systems.

The Project Manager I supports project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking documentation, and maintaining project visibility and organization. This entry-level role partners with team leads to ensure efficient operations and quality project execution, while also maintaining reliable project data and reporting.
