Lead sourcing and physician engagement to create new ambulatory surgical center partnerships and de novo projects. Manage pipeline, syndication, JV formation, market assessment, and cross-functional integration. Travel frequently to build relationships and execute capital development initiatives.

Provide emergency nursing care at Northeast or North Central Baptist Hospital on 13-week travel or local contracts (36 hours/week, AM/PM shifts). Investigate compliance allegations reported via Ethics Action Line and other sources. Lead investigations including interviews, resolution plans, remediation, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective/disciplinary actions. Manage and implement Tenets Ethics and Compliance Program across assigned markets. Provide compliance leadership, conduct audits and site visits, implement corrective actions and monitoring, deliver training, analyze compliance data, and serve as a consultative resource to facility and regional leadership to ensure federal healthcare program compliance.

Support physician onboarding and provider transitions by maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, generating reports and dashboards, identifying risks, supporting audits, and coordinating stakeholders to keep multiple concurrent hospital-based projects on schedule.

Provide analytical, financial, regulatory, and operational support for clinical research. Duties include data analysis, budgeting and Medicare coverage/billing analysis, IRB and regulatory support, database and clinical trial management, financial reconciliation and reporting, monitoring compliance with GCP/FDA/HIPAA, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure study quality and fiscal compliance.

Coordinate daily nursing staffing and patient admissions/transfers across hospital units. Manage schedules, verify payroll, track qualifications and mandatory education, maintain staffing reports, and operate systems (Cerner, RightBed, OptiLink, ADT). Communicate with departments, EVS, mortuary, and supervisors to resolve staffing and bed assignment issues.

Performs CT diagnostic imaging for patients of all ages, producing high-quality images, completing required exams and documentation, sending studies for radiologist review, and providing patient care according to department standards. Completes required competencies and CT registry within stated timeframe.

Perform basic to complex diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures, provide technical support for interventional exams, assess patient condition, operate and maintain imaging equipment, prepare rooms, and support vascular and neurovascular studies.

Provide expanded clinical experience for RN students by assisting Registered Nurses with patient care activities: participate in care planning, implementation, observation, evaluation, and report significant observations. Participate in a guided training program aligned with the State Board of Nursing.
