Lead sourcing and physician engagement to create new ambulatory surgical center partnerships and de novo projects. Manage pipeline, syndication, JV formation, market assessment, and cross-functional integration. Travel frequently to build relationships and execute capital development initiatives.

Provide emergency nursing care at Northeast or North Central Baptist Hospital on 13-week travel or local contracts (36 hours/week, AM/PM shifts). Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, current RN license, and have at least 2 years acute care experience with one year current ER experience. W-2 Tenet employment with weekly pay, benefits, and preferred booking for local contracts.

Investigate compliance allegations reported via Ethics Action Line and other sources. Lead investigations including interviews, resolution plans, remediation, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective/disciplinary actions. Collaborate with Compliance, Privacy, Facility Leadership, and HR. Conduct close-out meetings, maintain documentation in Compliance 360, and report investigation activity to the compliance committee. Support Tenet/USPI corporate operations and uphold program integrity in a fast-paced environment.
