Lead Tenna’s product organization and partner with executives to define and execute strategy for its B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled platform. Responsibilities include managing distributed product teams, establishing roadmaps and metrics, overseeing product development at scale, removing execution barriers, engaging customers, and aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical fluency, executive communication, and experience scaling complex industrial B2B products.

Leads and develops a global Product team, translating business strategy and product vision into roadmaps and executable plans. Partners with Engineering, Hardware, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to deliver scalable B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled products. Uses customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to guide decisions, manages product lifecycles, communicates risks and progress, and ensures high-quality execution across multiple teams.

Lead the full product lifecycle for Tenna's IoT platform: define vision and roadmap, translate concepts into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, run acceptance testing, analyze user and quantitative data, drive KPIs and adoption, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success, and support go-to-market and end-user research.
