Teams at Tenna

Designs and delivers sales onboarding and ongoing training for Tenna's sales team, creates multimedia course content, coaches reps through shadowing and feedback, measures training effectiveness with ramp and performance metrics, and continuously updates curriculum in partnership with sales, product, and leadership.

Lead multiple engineering teams focusing on people management, project delivery, scheduling, risk mitigation, and partnership with Product. Own hiring, performance, staffing, and drive process improvements to ensure quality, on-time feature releases without performing hands-on technical work.

The Principal Architect will lead the technical direction of Tenna's platform by designing scalable systems, establishing standards, and guiding teams in implementing the technical strategy while ensuring system reliability and performance.
