Diagnose, repair, configure, calibrate, and validate self-driving systems across autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets. The role supports sensors, compute hardware, software updates, vehicle networks, and system readiness. Responsibilities include structured troubleshooting, hardware replacement, calibration, technical documentation, root-cause analysis, engineering escalation, and collaboration with technicians, operations, safety, and engineering teams to return vehicles to service safely and efficiently.

Lead daily autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleet operations across depot locations. Coordinate vehicle dispatch, charging, inspections, maintenance readiness, safety, staffing, and 24/7 shift coverage. Manage operational teams, monitor fleet KPIs, develop procedures, resolve risks, and support depot setup, new city launches, commercial deployment, and fleet scaling. Partner with engineering, product, technical, and fleet stakeholders to improve availability, efficiency, safety, and operational quality.

Lead and supervise teleoperation teams across shifts; coordinate robot deployments and schedules; monitor KPIs and productivity; ensure safety and quality; escalate and coordinate technical resolutions; train and mentor teleoperators; support customer-facing deployments; and produce operational reports and performance summaries.
