Coordinates community fundraising events from planning through execution, including donor and volunteer relations, sponsorship outreach, vendor logistics, marketing, budgets, documentation, and post-event evaluation. Builds partnerships with businesses, schools, and community organizations to increase participation and fundraising results. Maintains donor records, monitors expenses, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and collaborates with philanthropy colleagues on fundraising strategies and communications.

Leads learning and leadership development initiatives for executives, physicians, leaders, and staff. Designs, delivers, and evaluates learning programs, tools, and interventions that improve individual competencies, organizational performance, and team effectiveness. Provides coaching, manages group dynamics, supports change and talent management, and partners with HR, talent acquisition, people analytics, and organizational development teams.

Leads complex, multidisciplinary and enterprise-wide projects supporting strategic priorities across pediatric, urgent care, and clinically integrated networks. Coordinates teams, resources, budgets, data, and stakeholders; monitors progress; analyzes results; improves processes; and advises senior leaders. Focus areas include patient access, patient and family experience, clinician well-being, virtual care, and strategic plan execution.
