Provide system-level application engineering for analog/mixed-signal ICs: define new products, evaluate silicon systems, support customers, drive design wins, troubleshoot applications, enable product ramp, create technical documentation, and coordinate across design, product, test, packaging, marketing, and sales.

Work with AMHS, AMRs, AGVs and robotic systems to select, install, maintain, and improve semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Design custom automation solutions, increase uptime through preventative maintenance and reliability programs, support repair/process teams, and align with Smart Manufacturing initiatives to optimize factory operations.

The Talent Development Business Partner will lead talent strategies, conduct organizational analysis, and enhance talent development programs while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.
