Build and maintain data environments in AWS and Snowflake by identifying, preparing, manipulating, and modeling structured and unstructured datasets. Evaluate datasets for reporting and modeling, use data preparation tools such as Coalesce, resolve data quality issues, and advise stakeholders on data systems and concepts.

Supports centralized agency operations by maintaining agency and producer records, coordinating licensing, onboarding, compensation, bonus, dividend, and safety group workflows, and producing reports. Provides process guidance to field staff, coordinates agency events, manages documentation and compliance activities, and helps improve operational procedures and tools. Works with Finance, IT, Marketing, vendors, and agency partners to ensure accurate, efficient, and consistent operations.

Manage complex provider relationships within a workers’ compensation network, including contract negotiations, renewals, fee schedules, network improvement strategies, provider training, performance monitoring, and leadership reporting. The role requires expertise in workers’ compensation managed care, regulations, treatment guidelines, provider engagement, and healthcare network outcomes.
