Evaluate potential organ donors, coordinate donor medical management and allocation, communicate with families, hospitals, transplant centers and legal authorities, oversee recovery procedures and documentation, and participate in quality, education, and hospital policy efforts while sharing 24-hour on-call responsibilities and traveling as needed.

Evaluate potential organ donor referrals, manage medical care to optimize donation, coordinate recovery logistics with hospital staff and TOSA teams, obtain legal/next-of-kin clearances, document donor records, develop hospital relationships, provide education and process improvement, and support donor family communications.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to hospital services: maintain databases and activity boards, transcribe dictation, prepare packets and educational materials, manage calendars and files, support Access operations and phone coverage, and assist with departmental communications and audits.
