Build and ship full‑stack production features and LLM-powered tools (tutoring agents, parent/coach copilots, retrieval, and evals). Own smaller systems end-to-end, work closely with founders and senior engineers, use AI coding tools daily, and write evals and regression tests.

The Chief Storytelling Officer will craft the brand narrative for Texas Sports Academy, lead communications strategy, and manage a content engine while working with various teams to effectively represent the organization to diverse audiences.

Manage end-to-end event content production, sponsorships, and the master marketing/events calendar. Coordinate video/photo teams, merchandise fulfillment, and partnerships, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and stakeholder schedules.
