Oversee building safety and maintenance programs; supervise and train engineering staff; manage preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor bids, inventories, and compliance with fire and safety inspections.

Supervise front desk staff and operations including hiring, discipline, scheduling, and training. Ensure excellent guest service, manage revenue systems/RevPAR positioning, maintain financial and registration records, handle guest complaints, implement emergency procedures, assist sales/marketing and budgeting, and act as General Manager in their absence.

Supervise and train front desk/guest services staff, handle guest registration, reservations and complaints, schedule and monitor labor costs, enforce hotel accounting and security procedures, recruit and onboard staff, conduct training, serve as Manager on Duty, and ensure legal and policy compliance.

Supervise front desk staff and daily hotel operations, handle hiring/discipline/scheduling, ensure guest service and training, monitor revenue management, assist GM with budgeting, sales support, emergency procedures, and cover GM duties as needed.

Lead the hotel's sales department to meet booking and revenue goals by developing and executing sales strategies, coaching sales staff, building customer and community relationships, analyzing market and competitor data, managing contracts and proposals, and supporting event operations to drive occupancy, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction.

Provide guest transport and baggage assistance between the hotel, airport, and local destinations; maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety; assist with luggage handling and storage; represent hotel services, respond to guest requests/complaints, and follow company policies.
