Oversee building safety and maintenance programs; supervise and train engineering staff; manage preventive maintenance, repairs, vendor bids, inventories, and compliance with fire and safety inspections.

Supervise front desk staff and operations including hiring, discipline, scheduling, and training. Ensure excellent guest service, manage revenue systems/RevPAR positioning, maintain financial and registration records, handle guest complaints, implement emergency procedures, assist sales/marketing and budgeting, and act as General Manager in their absence.

Supervise and train front desk/guest services staff, handle guest registration, reservations and complaints, schedule and monitor labor costs, enforce hotel accounting and security procedures, recruit and onboard staff, conduct training, serve as Manager on Duty, and ensure legal and policy compliance.
