Lead growth strategy and channel experimentation across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels. Build and run tests with hypotheses and measurement plans, own agency/vendor relationships, measure pipeline/CAC/revenue, create attribution and incrementality frameworks, and scale successful programs while partnering closely with Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Finance.

Build and run the Operations onboarding and enablement function: design and deliver engaging virtual and in-person training, partner with stakeholders and SMEs, measure effectiveness, coach team members, and iterate content to scale operations knowledge across the organization.

Lead and own SEO strategy end-to-end across technical SEO, content, AI search, and organic acquisition. Build content strategies, AI-enabled workflows, and systems; partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Sales; hire and scale the SEO team; and measure organic traffic, pipeline, and revenue to drive business outcomes.
