Own and grow Thatch Market’s partner ecosystem by managing existing relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, sourcing and closing strategic healthcare and service partners, and structuring commercial agreements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to launch partnerships, resolve issues, and drive long-term partner success.

Owns product engagement and lifecycle initiatives across email, SMS/RCS, transactional messaging, and in-product experiences. Identifies user friction, builds and tests personalized journeys in Braze, manages targeting and triggers, and measures engagement and conversion outcomes. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Data on broader solutions, using analytics and experimentation to improve member, employer, and broker experiences.

Own payroll deduction reconciliation, review discrepancies, trace errors to root causes, manage escalations, and partner with Engineering to automate manual processes. Build SOPs and audit trails, monitor queue health and reconciliation accuracy, and report risks to Operations and Finance leadership. The role requires strong judgment, analytical ability, financial data expertise, and experience improving reconciliation or control processes in a fast-paced environment.
