Teams at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD)

Provides clinical oversight for autism treatment using applied behavior analysis. Responsibilities include assessing patient skills and behaviors, developing and updating treatment plans, analyzing data, supervising behavior technicians, training caregivers, coordinating with payers and professionals, conducting standardized assessments, and ensuring treatment integrity and HIPAA compliance across center, home, school, community, and telehealth settings.

Provides clinical oversight for patients receiving applied behavior analysis services. Responsibilities include assessing skills and challenging behaviors, developing and updating treatment plans, analyzing progress data, supervising and training behavior technicians, collaborating with caregivers and healthcare stakeholders, coordinating with payers, completing assessments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring treatment quality, compliance, and HIPAA adherence. The role is part-time and remote, with treatment delivered through telehealth and other settings as needed.

Examines employee and family journeys to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and communication barriers. Collaborates across departments to recommend and implement workflow improvements, develops FAQs and guides, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, tracks progress and outcomes, and reports findings to leadership. Maintains confidential employee, patient, and family information while supporting practical improvements in a service-oriented healthcare environment.
