Teams at The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP)

Coordinate and maintain externship sites for the LMRT program, ensuring regulatory compliance, marketing and recruiting sites, tracking student records and attendance, conducting site visits and orientations, assisting student career development, and managing affiliation agreements and documentation.

Support leadership and daily operations of the Medical Assistant program, including faculty recruitment and mentoring, monitoring instructional quality, compliance, curriculum review, student advising, community outreach, and continuous program improvement to promote student success.

Support the Director by supervising and mentoring financial aid staff; oversee packaging, disbursements, verification; ensure federal/state/accreditation compliance; conduct student counseling and loan entrance/exit sessions; assist with reporting, training, operations, and represent the department at campus events.
