Partners with operations, community executives, sales teams, and corporate departments on brand positioning, pricing, budgeting, campaigns, and performance improvement. Trains and coaches marketing and sales staff, supports recruiting and performance management, analyzes CRM data, and represents the organization with owners and boards. Requires extensive travel among assigned communities.
