Lead and oversee Phase II-IV clinical trials, ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, evaluate participant eligibility, monitor safety, report adverse events, maintain study documentation, and collaborate with sponsors, research staff, and site leadership. This part-time Austin role requires an actively licensed, board-certified MD or DO and offers a research-focused schedule without nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

Reviews medical, claims, and related reports for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with internal and client standards. Identifies documentation issues, coordinates revisions, communicates with internal teams, manages urgent requests, and ensures timely finalization of reports. The role supports quality and operational excellence within physician review operations and requires strong attention to detail, deadline management, and proficiency with Microsoft Word.

Coordinates medical and mental health evaluation cases from referral through completion. Responsibilities include intake, case creation, scheduling, authorization, client and provider communication, records management, deadline monitoring, report distribution, and maintaining case information in internal systems. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote environment.
