Designs digital and print assets including brochures, social graphics, advertisements, websites, presentations, signage, logos, event materials, and motion graphics. Supports marketing campaigns and events, maintains brand templates and creative assets, coordinates with print vendors, performs light photo editing, and ensures brand consistency. Collaborates with marketing, sales, events, scientific affairs, strategic partnerships, and leadership teams.

Leads recruitment and speaker contracting for medical education events, coordinating timelines, deliverables, cross-functional teams, client updates, status reporting, and issue resolution. The role manages multiple events, maintains event data and analytics, supports key accounts, and identifies process improvements. Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. A bachelor's degree is required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.
