Manage CRM strategy and client relationships across 6+ DTC accounts. Own end-to-end email production, segmentation, deployment, and QA. Build and optimize omnichannel retention programs (subscription, loyalty, referral), analyze reporting, recommend optimizations, and mentor 1-2 CRM analysts. Stay current on email best practices and coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive retention and lifetime value.

Support email and SMS lifecycle programs across client accounts: write briefs, build/QA/deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and other ESPs, troubleshoot rendering and integrations, analyze CRM KPIs, manage tasks in the PM system, maintain client files, and advise stakeholders on CRM best practices.
