Manage commercial drywall projects end-to-end and produce precise takeoffs and estimates for drywall, metal stud, and acoustical ceilings. Develop material and labor cost estimates, maintain vendor relationships, participate in bid reviews, manage timelines/budgets/client relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead architectural design from pre-design through construction administration, produce coordinated construction documents, resolve technical/code issues, oversee bidding and site services, coordinate consultants, mentor staff, and support client engagement, QA/QC, and business development.

Lead and manage complex residential and commercial electrical engineering projects from concept through construction. Perform load calculations, system design (power, lighting, life-safety, fire alarm, UPS, grounding), ICAT/communications/AV/security design, write specifications, mentor staff, manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships, and perform site visits and shop drawing reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The FP&A Analyst will perform variance analysis, support financial modeling, prepare reports, and collaborate with teams to provide insights for decision-making.
