The Community Assistant supports property operations by maximizing cash flow, managing administrative tasks, assisting the leasing team, and providing excellent customer service under the guidance of the Community Manager.

Support the Community Manager by handling leasing, rent collection, financial and administrative tasks, resident files, renewals, marketing analysis, customer service, property inspections, on-call coverage, team support, and assisting hiring and training. Ensure regulatory compliance (Fair Housing, LIHTC) and maintain property operations and resident satisfaction.

Manage daily operations of an apartment community, oversee financial performance and budgets, lead leasing and marketing efforts, ensure resident services and compliance (Fair Housing, LIHTC), supervise and develop on-site team, and coordinate maintenance, vendor work, and legal/delinquency processes.

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, refurbishing and janitorial services to prepare apartment homes and grounds. Walk property for curb appeal, complete service requests, maintain records, assist with supplies and vendor coordination, and follow safety procedures.

Own revenue strategy for an assigned multifamily portfolio across lease-up and stabilized assets. Build and maintain revenue plans, monitor RevIQ and pricing, present performance, advise RPMs and leadership, and manage reporting, project execution, and cross-functional alignment to optimize revenue.

Manage daily operations of an LIHTC apartment community: oversee financial performance and budgeting, maximize revenue and occupancy, ensure regulatory and tax credit compliance, lead leasing and marketing, supervise and develop staff, handle vendor and maintenance oversight, and deliver high-quality resident services.
