Supports daily multifamily property operations under the Community Manager, including rent collection, financial and resident-file administration, leasing, renewals, market analysis, compliance, resident events, property inspections, service coordination, customer service, and team supervision. The role also provides manager coverage during absences and requires availability for emergencies, weekends, and occasional support at other properties.

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, refurbishing and janitorial services to prepare apartment homes and grounds. Walk property for curb appeal, complete service requests, maintain records, assist with supplies and vendor coordination, and follow safety procedures.

Field-facing Marketing Manager responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for multifamily properties. Manage media spend with agencies, ensure brand consistency, coordinate events and community outreach, track campaign performance and maintain dashboards, provide optimization insights, and collaborate with property teams and creative services. Role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution with up to 50% in-market travel.
