The Peached Tortilla

The Peached Tortilla is an Austin-based Southern-Asian fusion restaurant group founded by Eric Silverstein. It began as a food truck in 2010 serving Asian- and Southern-inspired tacos and sliders, and has expanded into multiple restaurant concepts, an airport location, an event space, and a full-service catering business.
