Provide overnight supervision and security at a residential shelter, perform client intake and recordkeeping, administer checks and basic testing, assign chores, maintain facility cleanliness, and respond to emergencies while ensuring client safety and compliance with house rules.

Overnight lead for a residential shelter: perform client intake and HMIS entry, run checks, orient clients, enforce house rules, assign chores, maintain security, prepare food and inventories, train/lead shelter monitors, and maintain records and facility cleanliness.

Provide long-term case management for an assigned caseload: assess eligibility, develop and monitor individualized recovery plans, coordinate housing, benefits, transportation, and community resources, manage a food pantry, maintain accurate HMIS records, and liaise with external agencies and funding bodies. Ensure compliance with program and funding requirements and prepare reports and discharge plans.
