Represent detained and non-detained immigrants in removal proceedings before EOIR, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Prepare defensive applications, USCIS filings, legal briefs, and case strategies; meet with clients; manage caseloads and paralegals; and collaborate with immigration attorneys and legal assistants. This hybrid role requires in-person court appearances and provides training for attorneys with no prior experience.

Provides administrative support to attorneys, staff, and clients by greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating schedules, managing client intake, organizing legal documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role supports daily office operations, requires professional bilingual English and Spanish communication, and involves managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Manage California tenant law cases from intake through resolution, maintain organized electronic files, collect documentation, track deadlines, coordinate appointments, and communicate timely updates to clients, attorneys, and other parties. Provide case preparation, follow-up, administrative, and virtual support while ensuring accurate case records and effective client service.

Handle workers’ compensation case appearances, depositions, discovery, deadlines, status updates, and trial preparation. Coordinate with supervising attorneys while managing litigation tasks and developing expertise in workers’ compensation law. Prior workers’ compensation experience is not required, as training is provided; litigation, deposition, or case management experience is preferred.

Provides virtual paralegal support for criminal defense matters, including client communication, trial preparation, legal document processing, court calendar management, discovery, subpoenas, revocation petitions, criminal history requests, data entry, and case file preparation. Also supports general office operations and public-facing responsibilities.

Represent clients in immigration matters involving Mandamus actions, APA lawsuits, removal proceedings, family-based petitions, humanitarian applications, and USCIS cases. Manage a high-volume caseload, conduct client consultations and detained-client intakes, prepare legal briefs and applications, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients before federal courts, Immigration Court, the BIA, and USCIS.

Supports criminal defense matters through client communication, trial preparation, legal document processing, court calendar management, discovery, subpoenas, revocation petitions, criminal history research, data entry, and case file maintenance. Provides office and front-desk support while collaborating with defense attorneys and department staff. Requires criminal defense experience, bilingual English and Spanish fluency, legal or paralegal experience, case management software experience, and residence in LATAM.
