Provides delegated, patient-centered nursing care under LPN, RN, or nurse leader supervision. Assists with hygiene, mobility, activities of daily living, vital signs, specimen collection, documentation, patient education, safety, and risk escalation. Collaborates with the care team to support quality outcomes and positive patient experiences while following CNA scope, competencies, and care plans.

Provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across the clinical continuum. Assesses patients, develops collaborative care plans, delivers specialty nursing services, manages emergencies and clinical risk, and supports quality improvement. Works with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience while contributing to mentoring, professional development, and a culture of innovation.

Provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of LPNs, RNs, or nurse leaders. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, vital signs, specimen collection, documentation, patient safety, education reinforcement, and risk escalation. The CNA collaborates with the care team to support quality outcomes and positive patient experiences while following evidence-based practices and role-specific competencies.
