Leads multiple Scrum and product teams, coaches teams and Product Owners, facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages product roadmaps and delivery initiatives, and drives cross-functional collaboration. The role oversees progress, risks, budgets, metrics, stakeholder communications, process improvement, and Agile center-of-excellence activities while ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.

Leads digital product strategy, roadmap, discovery, acquisition, and conversion optimization for Thrivent.com. Owns growth metrics, funnel performance, experimentation, SEO/SEM insights, and customer journey improvements. Partners with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, content, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes. Recruits, coaches, and supervises 1–4 product owners while managing priorities, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and long-term product vision.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, and operational process improvements across Controller and Treasury functions. Provides subject matter expertise, analyzes financial and operational data, improves data quality and controls, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and guides automation and process redesign. Partners with Accounting, Investments, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to resolve complex issues, strengthen reporting integrity, and drive scalable business outcomes.
