Provides clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians, including weekly group and individual supervision, documentation oversight, coaching, and performance collaboration. Maintains a client caseload with at least 10 hours of weekly availability and delivers telehealth or in-person behavioral health care. Requires an independently licensed Texas LPC or LCSW, supervision training, documentation completion, and ongoing clinical support for diverse clients including couples and children.

Converts inbound inquiries into scheduled mental health appointments through consultative sales. Builds trust, assesses prospective clients’ needs, explains service value, overcomes objections, closes enrollments, and recommends alternatives when needed. Maintains sales and quality metrics in a high-volume remote call-center environment while providing empathetic client service and protecting confidentiality.

Lead revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts receivable, credit balances, eligibility verification, billing call center workflows, insurance denials, write-offs, collections, and outsourced vendor management. Develop KPIs, SOPs, training, and process improvements to reduce aging and denials, improve revenue integrity and cash flow, and enhance the patient financial journey across a multistate healthcare environment.
