Generate pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting assigned accounts, cold calling (80–100+ calls/day), multichannel outreach, building account POVs, partnering with AEs, and maintaining pipeline in Salesforce. Attend events as needed and help drive meetings for the sales team.

Provide deep technical support to customers using TimescaleDB and relational databases. Manage support cases end to end, advise on database administration, data modeling, query optimization, design, and implementation, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires clear, empathetic communication, curiosity, and willingness to learn new products. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, cloud platforms, NoSQL databases, data modeling, and database backup, restoration, migrations, and query-plan analysis is beneficial.

Lead and grow distributed database-internals engineering teams owning TimescaleDB. Set technical roadmaps, prioritize work with Product, collaborate with Platform, handle customer escalations, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of reliable, high-performance database systems.

Lead and improve CI/CD and release processes using GitHub Actions; build stress-testing, benchmarking (tsbench) and testing infrastructure; automate packaging and releases; validate TimescaleDB performance in cloud environments and provide regression signals to engineering partners.

Build and support TimescaleDB Enterprise on‑prem deployment and management platform. Develop frontend tooling (React/TypeScript), backend services (Go), deployment automation (Ansible), and operational PostgreSQL tooling. Write tests across unit to end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate operational requirements into pragmatic product solutions, and iterate on reliability and usability.
