Lead architecture, design, integration, and delivery of space-based microwave payloads. Translate sensing objectives into requirements, perform radiometric performance modeling, lead trade studies, define calibration strategies, manage integration/testing, mitigate technical risks, and collaborate across engineering, program, and science teams to deliver mission-ready microwave sensing systems.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex international government programs across multiple countries, including contracting, technical delivery, POCs, deployment, support, reporting, invoicing, and compliance. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams while supporting pre-sales activities. Build program frameworks in a fast-growing environment, maintain momentum across concurrent engagements, and serve as the primary customer contact. International travel and direct experience with non-U.S. government agencies are required.

Lead and manage regulatory licensing and export-control programs for spacecraft and Earth-observation operations. Develop export classifications, licensing strategies, Technology Control Plans, and governance frameworks. Advise on international collaborations, supplier engagements, and mission compliance. Partner with engineering, operations, legal, security, and executive teams to integrate regulatory requirements across product lifecycle, launches, and global expansion. Build training, policies, and monitor emerging regulatory changes.
