Performs litigation ethics and compliance work for a national personal injury law firm. Responsibilities include researching legal and ethical issues, drafting compliance SOPs and agreements, evaluating conflicts, auditing case handling, monitoring case metrics, and advising attorneys and staff. The role requires collaboration with the General Counsel and firm stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, KPIs, discovery, and UX for core systems supporting a nationally scaling personal injury law firm. Lead development of an AI-enabled intake engine, case management platform, and client portal. Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and leadership while prototyping solutions, navigating architecture and APIs, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Own and govern the organization’s central Knowledge Center, including information architecture, taxonomy, version control, audits, and content updates. Create and standardize job aids, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and policy summaries. Triage documentation requests, coordinate with subject matter experts and learning teams, communicate process changes, identify knowledge gaps, and ensure resources are accurate, accessible, compliant, and actionable.
