Drive expansion, retention, and revenue growth across a portfolio of mid-market B2B accounts. Develop account strategies, conduct in-person customer meetings and executive briefings, lead renewals and commercial negotiations, and collaborate with solutions architects and service teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and secure customer commitments.

Designs and delivers sales enablement programs for inside and direct sales, owns VILT facilitation and logistics, develops seller-facing content and playbooks, drives adoption of sales tools, partners cross-functionally on launches, and measures enablement KPIs to improve seller readiness and revenue outcomes.

Lead and manage GRC activities including internal/external audits, risk assessments, DR/BCP, third-party risk, and remediation. Develop and maintain policies, conduct BIAs, run tabletop exercises, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance posture and reporting across business and technology teams.
