Lead regional light-commercial equipment sales through contractor accounts; develop customer relationships, drive new business and account penetration, set quotas and forecasts, coach account managers, achieve profit/volume/margin targets, manage hiring and training, and ensure customer satisfaction and compliant sales processes for a $50M+ revenue region.
