Provide operational support for the sales organization by coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining documentation and systems, removing administrative bottlenecks, supporting contract and account setup, and driving process improvements to ensure timely project execution and excellent customer experience.

Manage HVAC equipment projects end-to-end: plan and schedule work, control scope, budget and forecasts, coordinate with customers, contractors and subcontractors, enter equipment and purchase orders, generate work orders, manage cash flow, billing and collections, and maintain customer satisfaction through issue resolution.
