Leads the company’s commercial operating model across sales operations and pricing. Responsibilities include territory design, account segmentation, sales process standardization, CRM adoption, sales training, incentive compensation, commercial analytics, AI-enabled sales tools, pricing governance, deal approvals, and executive reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Sales leadership to improve profitable growth, sales effectiveness, margin protection, and commercial decision-making.

Processes product and calibration quotes and orders using business systems, follows order-entry procedures, responds to customer inquiries, applies pricing strategies, and supports internal and external customers. The role requires accurate data entry, customer service, document management, process improvement, and effective communication. Occasional telephone sales and off-site meetings may be required.
