Benefits at Transmit Security

Serve as primary customer contact to onboard, drive adoption, and ensure customer success for SaaS security products. Build executive relationships, maintain success plans and health scores, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services, and drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities while escalating risks and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Serve as the technical contact for strategic partners to integrate Transmit Security's CIAM, authentication, and fraud APIs. Provide code samples, reference architectures, integration reviews, troubleshooting, and partner-facing assets. Support enablement via workshops, solution design, and pre-sales engineering while feeding partner feedback into product roadmap.

The Director of Sales Engineering will lead the pre-sales team, develop strategies for revenue growth, provide technical expertise, and engage with customers to ensure successful delivery of security solutions.
