Lead post-sales technical engagement for strategic enterprise accounts to drive adoption, onboarding, integrations, and time-to-value. Serve as trusted technical advisor, resolve technical roadblocks, coordinate cross-functional teams, present roadmaps, run business reviews and enablement, and help shape product direction while supporting incident response and account expansion.
