Provides Level 2 operational support for Quote-to-Invoice processes, resolving complex tickets and system errors, structuring smaller deals, and clearing quoting, deal desk, and order management roadblocks. Partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Systems Engineers, and deal teams to drive transactions through completion. Applies Q2I policies, escalates risks, owns requests through resolution, and supports continuous process improvement.

Leads architecture and development of Trellix’s high-throughput cloud threat detection platform. Designs microservices, asynchronous submission pipelines, sandbox execution systems, full-stack analyst interfaces, secure AWS infrastructure, identity integrations, telemetry pipelines, and compliant multi-region architectures. Owns infrastructure as code, observability, production reliability, security practices, technical documentation, incident response, and SLA commitments while integrating AI-assisted development tools.

Analyze and reverse engineer Android applications and SDKs using static and dynamic techniques. Identify security risks, malicious code, data leakage, device and user threats, and vulnerabilities. Use tools such as Jadx, Ghidra, Frida, IDA Pro, and Burp for APK and binary analysis. Conduct threat intelligence research, develop SQL and YARA signatures, analyze network traffic, and collaborate with security researchers and developers on security recommendations.
