Teams at Tribe AI

Partners with managers and leaders on team health, performance, growth, onboarding, employee relations, and talent practices. Builds manager enablement, learning and development, culture, listening, people programs, policies, and change-management initiatives. Advises on organization design and workforce planning while connecting people programs to business outcomes. Supports a distributed, international workforce and uses data, AI tools, and HR expertise to improve manager and employee experiences.

Own Tribe’s people operations infrastructure, including Rippling, integrations, automations, reporting, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, compliance, work authorization, policies, and HR support. Build scalable systems across hiring, onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding, and people data while serving as an employee advocate. Partner with external counsel and cross-functional teams, continuously improving HR operations through automation and AI tools.

Own the accounting function end to end, including monthly close, revenue recognition, billing, payroll, contractor payments, accounts payable, equity administration, financial reporting, audits, tax filings, and compliance. Partner with business leaders, auditors, and advisors while building scalable accounting processes and systems for a fast-growing AI services company.
