Design and operationalize AI-powered go-to-market architecture across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner organizations. Lead revenue-process transformation, GTM systems strategy, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable workflows that improve productivity, forecasting, customer engagement, and business outcomes. Establish success measures, launch transformation programs, and develop a repeatable AI GTM operating model.

Leads go-to-market segmentation, strategic prioritization, coverage-model design, productivity modeling, and executive decision support. Partners with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and regional teams to translate market and performance analysis into growth direction, investment recommendations, governance, and measurable commercial outcomes. The role supports board-level planning and prepares the company for continued growth and a successful IPO.

Lead security program management initiatives across Tricentis, including roadmapping, project planning, risk mitigation, technology implementations, executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. Manage scope, costs, timelines, documentation, communications, and project closure while partnering with Infosec, IT, engineering teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Apply knowledge of information security, IT auditing, privacy regulations, and security technologies to deliver strategic initiatives.
