Leads finance team operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI development, profitability analysis, and working-capital reporting. Oversees dashboards, BI automation, process improvements, and data quality initiatives while advising firm, office, and practice-group leadership. Provides administrative, operational, and project support for firmwide inclusion and belonging initiatives. Supports Inclusion Team members, committees, leaders, and internal partners while maintaining confidential information and tracking engagement outcomes. Requires strong organization, communication, collaboration, judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools in a professional services environment.

Conduct complex pricing and financial analyses, develop competitive pricing structures, model profitability impacts, assess market and competitor trends, and create dynamic pricing tools and dashboards.
