The Executive Director is responsible for new product development, market analysis, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance and manage health products.

The role involves selling self-funded health products, developing and maintaining accounts, and pursuing sales leads within a designated territory.

Drive new business sales by building consultative relationships with brokers, agents and distributors across the Washington DC/Maryland region. Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting (Salesforce), collaborate with internal teams, conduct presentations and seminars, influence RFPs, and meet annual new business, growth and reenrollment targets.
